TJB (This Jesus Business) is a podcast-driven blog designed to promote Christian podcast episodes, manage subscriptions, and guide users to listen across various platforms. The site showcases podcast details, descriptions, and subscription options. I handled the full development using Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
challenges.
A key challenge in this project was building a secure and functional subscription workflow that captured user emails and stored them properly for later use. Another major task was designing a flexible content management system that made it easy for admins to add podcast episodes without breaking layout consistency. Ensuring seamless redirection to external podcast platforms while maintaining a good user flow within the site was also a central design hurdle.
results.
The final platform offered an engaging and professional experience that improved the visibility of the podcast and helped grow listener engagement. The subscription system worked reliably and allowed the brand to build a mailing list for updates. Altogether, the project provided a clean and modern digital presence that supported both new and returning listeners.
